Analysis - Cutting Amazon Fees
We provide in house fulfillment which is the main difference between FBA and FBM. With this model, we are able to create a larger margin on every sale. The Amazon fee between FBA and FBM is about a 2 to 1. While achieving this, we are able to even lower our prices in most scenarios, creating a more competitive listing!
Performance
In order to ensure your order arrives to the customer in time, every order is shipped the next day with a 9am cutoff time. So if a customer orders your item at 8:50am, it will go out the same day! This helps to keep the health of the store intact, helping to achieve higher buybox metrics.
Total Control
Due to creating a fully in house fulfillment system, we are able to control every aspect of the order process. This helps us to be more accurate and maintain organization across our inventory management softwares.
Problem - Consistently Outgrowing Warehouses
Due to the fact that the operation works better with smaller scale warehouses, we stay away from any gigantic spaces. Our Fort Worth location acts as the companies HQ and Client visitation center. Spanning just under 10,000sf, we made sure to plan for space to meet any current or incoming clients!
